This thesis deals with an analysis, selection and proposition of the transformation of the company economic information system. We are talking about company, where the business object is distribution and service of Škoda car. On this analysis is built the following implementation process from the product selection to the final transform of the whole corporation to the economic information system Pohoda from Stormware. This change should help to eliminate the inefficient areas, contribute to increase productivity and thereby consolidate the market status.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a plan to optimize production processes in Restaurant Café 50 as well as implementing the plan into production. In this case implementation of IS. The analytic part contains detection of the actual state of the company. In the practical part I will apply my research on the current case.

Appraisal of Company's Financial Situation and its Information System Support

This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on appraisal of company's financial situation during four years 2007 - 2010 and its information system support. The results were taken from company's financial statements for the period mentioned above. Those data were kindly provided by the company for this thesis. The first part of this thesis provides the theoretical information about the problematics. In the second part basic information about the company is provided along with SWOT analysis. In the third part financial situation analysis is performed and in the fourth part I suggest to buy a new informational system for the company as the solution.

Design of data and functional model of company´s IS

This Bachelor work deals with the design of data and functional information system model of DIRTEL s.r.o. company. The current situation of the company and the issues concerning its information system have been thoroughly analysed. On the basis of the outcome of the analysis, the solution for the design of data and functional information system model has been elaborated. The solution might be used for implementation of information system, which is not being used by the company at present.

Realization of e-commerce in an internet environment

Paper is created for small company named Tritone who runs the brick and mortar business (next only shop) in a small town. The owner of the firm would like to extend his business activity on new markets (open an e-shop) and find more customers who are interested in skateboarding equipment. Commercial Zoner inShop 3 and open source Zen Cart e-shop solutions were compared. As more suitable product is classified Zoner inShop 3 mainly because of its administrator do not have to know HTML language and is provided in Czech language with a technical support. Finally on Zoner inShop 3 ground has been e-shop established. For e-shop administration PC located in shop is needed. For this purpose desktop computer with suitable software had been chosen. In addition economic software Pohoda Jazz has to be installed on computer in order to keep goods in electronic database. A part of the work is economical analysis of the project with revenue estimation.
